Cabernet is king on Red Mountain; here it's a powerful, balanced, and varietally-correct wine of distinction. For the 2020 version we pulled high-end fruit from four of our estate sites. Older, elegant, pyrazine-driven Cabernet blocks at Kiona Estate comprise the backbone of the blend, whereas burlier, densely concentrated, fruit-forward components from some our younger plantings complement. The resulting interplay shows Red Mountain at its finest.
