2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Bottled | Red Mountain

Cabernet is king on Red Mountain; here it's a powerful, balanced, and varietally-correct wine of distinction. For the 2021 version we pulled high-end fruit from all five of our estate sites. Older, elegant, pyrazine-driven Cabernet blocks at Kiona Estate comprise the backbone of the blend, whereas burlier, densely concentrated, fruit-forward components from some our younger plantings complement. The resulting interplay shows Red Mountain at its finest.

This authoritative wine shows why Red Mountain has a reputation as a powerhouse Cabernet Sauvignon producer capable of going toe-to-toe with the world's best. Fine-grain tannin, pure red and dark fruit, and deep color abound. Red Mountain produces balanced Cabernet Sauvignon with impeccable geographical specificity and intrinsic appeal.
