We are halfway through our holiday program to raise funds for our local 2nd Harvest Food Bank. So far, with your tremendous support, we have raised enough money to provide more than 10,000 meals to those in our local community.
A quick recap: We are donating 1/2 of the purchase price of our Estate Red Mountain Gewürztraminer and Red Mountain Syrah to the 2nd Harvest Food Bank, an organization that functions as a food bank to food banks in the Columbia Basin and greater Inland Northwest.
We chose these wines because they are versatile and pair well with holiday fare. The idea is to make your wine selections for the holiday easy.
The program runs from November 15 to December 15th. Yesterday marked our halfway point. Our goal this year is to raise enough for 25,000 meals. With your help, we can make it happen.
You can order online, over the phone (509-588-6716), or come and pay us a visit on Red Mountain. It all counts towards the final tally. 10,000 meals is certainly nothing to sneeze at, but I'm confident we can make a second-half push and reach our goal.
