The map matters.
The world’s finest wines reflect their geography. Origin matters most when dictating what a finished bottle tastes like. More than winemaking, more than variety, more than yeast or barrel or blending variables; wines taste like their place.
Our place is Red Mountain. And we make exactly one wine called "Reserve." We offer it not as a varietally-designated wine, but as a geographically-designated one. It's a liquid résumé of our Red Mountain region and our family's history here.
These wines feature in fall club types. (See below for specific selections by club):
- 2018 Estate Bottled Red Mountain Reserve - PDF ($65 retail)
- 2021 Estate Bottled Red Mountain Sangiovese - PDF ($34 retail)
- Estate Bottled Red Mountain Big Kiona, Version II - PDF ($42 retail)
REMINDER: You may swap/change/add wines (on or before September 26th, please). It's important to us that Members not feel pressured by buy unwanted wines, so don't hesitate to make swaps and/or additions based on personal preferences.
In addition, 2018 Estate Bottled Red Mountain Heart of the Hill Merlot may be purchased now through September 26th as an “add-on deal” at the rate of $30 per bottle (normally $55, no other discounts apply, while supplies last). (The Cabernet Franc add-on sold through very quickly, so we are offering the Merlot as an alternative).
Members are welcome to add any other wines at a 15% savings (1-11 additional bottles) or 30% savings (12 or more additional bottles). It's a great time to stock up for the upcoming holiday season.
