October 6th - Release Opens
The release is available to edit/customize, pick up, or ship out (assuming the weather is okay). We build each release to be compelling as-is, but absolutely welcome the opportunity to tailor it to your personal preferences.
October 20th - Customization Window Closes (5:00 pm PT)
Reach out via email (orders@kionawine.com) or text/call us (509-588-6716). We do not outsource phone or texting service - you'll be chatting with Sarah, Savannah, and/or Chandra right here in our office. This is the last day for the Estate Bottled Red Mountain Sangiovese add-on special.
October 22nd - Charge Day
Unless we hear from you ahead of time, this is when we'll process your order, run the transaction, and seal up your hand-packed box. We do all of this in-house and it's a big job - please help us help you by communicating any customizations before the October 20th deadline.
October 28th- Default Ship Day
We can be flexible with alternative ship dates if it makes more sense for you. Temperature considerations are in effect - we won't ship your box if it's too hot/cold on the 28th where you live. Please let us know as soon as possible if you don't want us to ship your wine on the 28th.
Add-On Information

REMINDER: You may swap/change/add wines (on or before October 20th, please). It's important to us that you not feel pressured to buy unwanted wines, so don't hesitate to make swaps and/or additions based on your personal preferences. Follow this link for a comprehensive list of our current wines.
Members are welcome to add any other wines at a 15% savings (1-11 additional bottles) or 30% savings (12 or more additional bottles). It's a great time to stock up on your Red Mountain favorites.
Mixed Reds & Whites
Until October 20th, you may upgrade this release by adding seven bottles of 2022 Estate Bottled Red Mountain Sangiovese for an additional $175 ($25 per bottle, no additional discounts apply).
Shipping? There are seven open spots in the box for add-ons if you'd like something other than Sangiovese. As a Member, you pay just $10 per box for UPS Ground shipping, regardless of how many bottles are inside.
Reds Only
Until October 20th, you may upgrade this release by adding seven bottles of 2022 Estate Bottled Red Mountain Sangiovese for an additional $175 ($25 per bottle, no additional discounts apply).
Shipping? There are seven open spots in the box for add-ons if you'd like something other than Sangiovese. As a Member, you pay just $10 per box for UPS Ground shipping, regardless of how many bottles are inside.
Premier Reds Only
Until October 20th, you may upgrade this release by adding 13 bottles of 2022 Estate Bottled Red Mountain Sangiovese for an additional $325 ($25 per bottle, no additional discounts apply). This will push your release to two full 12-bottle boxes.
Shipping? This release is 11 bottles, which means there's one open slot in your first box. As a Member, you pay just $10 per box for UPS Ground shipping, regardless of how many bottles are inside.
