The value of scores, as far as we see it, is through the lens of the organization, not the product. Does a vineyard and/or winery produce wines that deliver on a promise of quality and value across time? Across styles? Across price points?
Our industry is often very product focused. The messaging at Kiona tends to skew more vineyard and winery focused, as they are marketable over a longer period of time. Compared to the typical window of availability for a single wine (~12 months) we can focus on macro-picture narratives like vineyards, Red Mountain, the winery, etc..
So with that in mind, here's a review roundup of are current and soon-to-be-released 2024 lineup - in order of ascending SRP. We're not just sending the fancy, high-end wines and hoping for some trickle-down accolades - we send 'em all, from the <$20 offerings all the way up to the $85 options. We hope the takeaway is that we're producing compelling, competitive wines in every price range and category we operate in.
