March 2nd - Release Opens
The release is available to edit/customize, pick up, or ship out (assuming the weather is okay). We build each release to be compelling as-is, but absolutely welcome the opportunity to tailor it to your personal preferences.
March 16th - Customization Window Closes (5:00 pm PT)
Reach out via email (orders@kionawine.com) or text/call us (509-588-6716). We do not outsource phone or texting service - you'll be chatting with Sarah, Savannah, Nicole, and/or Kelly right here in our office. This is the last day for the Estate Bottled Red Mountain Merlot add-on special (details below).
March 18th - Charge Day
Unless we hear from you ahead of time, this is when we'll process your order, run the transaction, and seal up your hand-packed box. We do all of this in-house and it's a big job - please help us help you by communicating any customizations before the March 16th deadline.
March 24th - Default Ship Day
We can be flexible with alternative ship dates if it makes more sense for you. Temperature considerations are in effect - we won't ship your box if it's too hot/cold on the 24th where you live. Please let us know as soon as possible if you don't want us to ship your wine on the 24th.
Add-On Information
Upgrade your release with 3 bottles of 2022 Estate Bottled Red Mountain Merlot for just $60 extra. Despite releasing just a couple of months ago, this bottling has already garnered serious accolades, including a 95 point score and inclusion on VinePair's "The 30 Best Red Wines for 2026" list.

REMINDER: You may swap/change/add wines (on or before March 16th, please). It's important to us that you not feel pressured to buy unwanted wines, so don't hesitate to make swaps and/or additions based on your personal preferences. Follow this link for a comprehensive list of our current wines.
Members are welcome to add any other wines at a 15% savings (1-11 additional bottles) or 30% savings (12 or more additional bottles). It's a great time to stock up on your Red Mountain favorites.

Until March 16th, you may upgrade this release by adding three bottles of 2022 Estate Bottled Red Mountain Merlot for an additional $60 ($20 per bottle, no additional discounts apply). It's a fantastic opportunity to enjoy one of VinePair's "Best 30 Red Wines for 2026."
Shipping? There are three open spots in the box for add-ons if you'd like something other than Merlot. As a Member, you pay just $10 per box for UPS Ground shipping, regardless of how many bottles are inside.
